IDTA Exams
We are affiliated with IDTA, the International Dance Teachers Association which is an internationally recognised dance syllabus where students can take awards and exams in order to further their progress in dance, musical theatre, acrobatics & acting.
Performances
All students are invited to take part in our ANNUAL SUMMER SHOWCASE where students dress up in gorgeous costumes and perform for an audience of family & friends - this is a great opportunity for all students to experience working as a team and taking part in a production on stage - it is something all teachers and students look forward to finish our Summer Term with!

Over our time working with the wonderful students at Elite we have seen so many students grow in confidence and ability that we have been able to take students to both LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL dance competitions more than once, these students have been very successful and won many awards during these events. These events require dedication, persistence and hard work from both students and families and we have been lucky enough to be surrounded by a great network of students and parents to facilitate the creation of our great FESTIVAL TEAM
PRivate LessonS
When we have free time we are able to work with some students one to one in order to achieve spectacular growth and development.
Students have grown in skill, confidence, ability - along with gaining experience in extra-curricular activities performing in local events & international events.
These lessons are a fantastic way to get focused and work on specific skills to suit that particular student.

Born Birmingham, England,
Trained in Theatrical dance since the age of 3.
Principal of Hazelle Stage School in Birmingham. Fully qualified IDTA, dance teacher.
Danced with Impact Dance Group.
Organiser of Birmingham Stage Dance Festival for West Midlands Dance Schools.
Performed on TV, BBC, ITV, Travelled worldwide, both working and dancing.
The talented dance & fitness instructor behind Elite's successful dance classes.
Lauren is the principal, dance teacher and creative director at Elite Studios.
Laura Zahra
managing director
Born and raised on the island of Malta. Laura comes from a solid background in financial services and event management.
Her skills offer our clients a vast range of personalised packages, tailor made to their individual needs and requirements - from spectacular themed events to innovative one of a kind evenings.
Events apart, Laura is in charge of the day to day running of Elite Studios. Which consists in Coordination, Marketing, Finance & Administration sector within the Dance School.

gENESIS JIMENEZ
Dance instructor
She has been immersed in dance for more than 20 years. She began practicing dance when she was a kid and by age 14, she was already dancing professionally.
She studied Contemporary and Classical dance at the University of Arts in Caracas, Venezuela. She also has a background in lyrical jazz and Latin rhythms.
In 2012 she moved to Madrid, Spain where she studied at the prestigious dance school ‘Carmen Senra’.
Genesis has performed as a dancer with many Latin American international artists such as Roberto Blades, Maria Rivas, Zion & Lenox, Kevin Roldan and Aisha Stambouli. She has participated in numerous festivals in Venezuela and Madrid as well.
As an active educator, Genesis has conducted workshops, group and private lessons at different Dancing Schools
